1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GovDraftr (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Proprietary Rights & No Derivative Works

All content, features, and functionality of the Service—including but not limited to source code, databases, UI/UX designs, graphics, and unique "look and feel"—are the exclusive property of GovDraftr and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You strictly agree NOT to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any portion of the Service
• "Reskin" or redistribute our visual assets or underlying logic for any commercial or non-commercial purpose
• Claim ownership over any element of the Service's design or architecture
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Service

3. Prohibition on Extraction & Reverse Engineering

To maintain the integrity and security of the Service, you expressly agree that you will NOT:

• Reverse Engineer: Attempt to decompile, disassemble, or derive the source code of the application
• Scrape or Crawl: Use any robot, spider, or automated extraction tool to access, monitor, or copy any part of the Service or its underlying data
• Circumvent Security: Attempt to bypass any technological measure (e.g., obfuscation, rate-limiting, or CAPTCHAs) implemented to protect our Intellectual Property

Any unauthorized automated access is considered a breach of these Terms and may be prosecuted under the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (CFAA) and applicable copyright laws.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GOVDRAFTR BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
